Zwischenstand 06.03.13

Dank einer ganzen Menge Arbeit in der letzten Woche sind meine Projekte leider nicht sonderlich weit gediehen. Immerhin hat mein Rad jetzt wieder Schutzbleche und Licht und ist somit wieder verkehrssicher. Enchanting habe ich leider gar nicht weiter gestrickt - auch wenn wir langsam aber sicher langsam das richtige Wetter bekommen, um es zu tragen. Dafür habe ich ganz gut Runden vom Lace-Projekt geschafft. Auch wenn das erstmal nicht so aussieht - das Spannen wird es richten... Bei A Clash of Kings bin ich inzwischen auf Seite 834 von 969 Seiten. Ich nähere mich also ganz allmählich dem Ende. Passend dazu verheizt rtl2 am Wochenende die ganze zweite Staffel der Game of Thrones TV-Serie an drei Tagen...

I've been very busy this past week, so there is little to show today. The biggest news is that my bike has finally working lights and new mudguards to support these lights. On the other hand, I didn't once take Enchanting up this past week. A pity, because the weather is slowly but surely getting more and more perfect for wearing it. I made some progress on the lace project though. It may not look like much in the photo, but it will grow a lot during blocking... I'm on page 834 of 969 of "A Clash of Kings". Still enjoying it, but I enjoy even more the opportunity to bike in the sunshine. ;)

Thank you, Karen. I love that deep plum colour, too. But I have to disappoint you: it's not going to become a shawl... I'm going to knit a bit more this weekend and there will be less guessing left after that what it's going to be ;)

Gut dass du das erwähnst mit Game of Thrones. Dann muss ich mal die Aufnahme programmieren. Ich finde die Verfilmungen nämlich ganz gut. Quäl mit aber Buchtechnisch immer noch durch A Feast for Crows. Sag mal was genau für ein Lace-Tuch strickst du eigentlich? Gibts dafür einen Ravelry Link?

Hallo Katharina, ich bin am letzten Wochenende auch durch Zufall auf den Trailer für die zweite Staffel gestoßen, da haben sie grad die erste Staffel wiederholt. Ich muss ja ehrlich sagen, dass ich sogar über die Serie zu den Büchern gekommen bin.

Das Lace-Projekt wird mein nächstes Strickmuster werden, wenn es weiter so gut läuft. Deshalb gibt es (noch) keine Link dazu. Aber ein Tuch wird es auch nicht... ;) Ich denke nächste Woche kann man schon erkennen, was es wird.
