My pink Elinor Shawlette is finally blocked, dry and I took some nice pictures of it today! I love the way it turned out and am still especially in love with the border at the ends of this shawl – it just looks like a spiked dragon tail to me. I also updated the knitting pattern yesterday and hopefully made it easier to follow. I also included the alteration for a different coloured middle section and lots and lots of stitch counts….
Pattern: Elinor Shawlette by me 😀
Yarn: Lang Yarns Jawoll Magic in a pink/purple gradient about 345m for the main part and Karen Noe Design Shetland Wool in Iris about 60m for the middle section
Needle: US 2½ – 3.0 mm
Finished measurements after blocking: 2,10m x 0,45m – it’s almost a shawl at that size!
