Knitting pattern: Herzchen

Herzchen is the German diminutive for ‘heart‘ which is also used for very lovely persons. These fingerless mitts and hat set shows that the wearer is such a lovely person. The cute heart-shaped colourwork stands for love and friendship. Each project can be knit up in a few days. It warms the ears and wrists as well as the heart.

Both hat and mitts feature a band of corrugated ribbing within the main colour ribbing that looks like a woven in ribbon. The heart colourwork spreads all over the mitts and hat, covering everything with love!
